Job Description

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) or Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA), you'll be responsible for guiding potential learners through Scaler's upskilling programs. You'll play a key role in driving admissions, achieving sales targets, and helping learners make informed career decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

  • Counsel and recommend suitable Scaler programs based on learner goals.

  • Drive lead conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress on CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years (minimum 2 years of EdTech experience mandatory).

  • Education: B. Tech / M. Tech / BBA / B. Com / MBA (Marketing & Sales).

  • Background: Proven track record in EdTech or a mix of EdTech and Non-EdTech sales.

  • Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

  • Education: B. Tech / M. Tech / BBA / B. Com / MBA (Marketing & Sales).

  • Background: EdTech or inside sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain positive learner relationships.
