The House of Dreams is an architecture and design firm specializing in creating thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads for our architectural and interior design services.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.

• Introduce The House of Dreams and explain our architecture, interior design, and related services.

• Understand customers' requirements, budget, location, and project timelines.

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial projects.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients for the design/sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client requirements.

• Convert enquiries into appointments and potential business opportunities.

• Build a positive relationship with prospective clients through professional communication.

• Coordinate with the design and sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, real estate, architecture, interiors, or a related field is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.

• Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building client relationships.

• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or home renovation will be an added advantage.
