Business Development Executive

Winway Creators India Private Limited is a dynamic digital marketing agency, and we're expanding into SaaS with our proprietary CRM platform designed for efficiency and scalability. We're looking for a sharp, motivated Business Development Executive to help us promote and sell our CRM solution to businesses across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, webinars, etc.)

• Present, promote, and demonstrate CRM features to potential clients via in-person or virtual meetings

• Understand client requirements and tailor presentations to show how the CRM meets their needs

• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns

• Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on client interactions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or tech)

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Telugu or Hindi a plus)

• Basic understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a bonus
