This is NOT a sales job — no pressure, no targets.

🎯 Responsibilities:

📞 Call builders and collect builder floor property details

🏢 Understand basic project information (location, price, availability, etc.)

📲 Inform dealers about The Builder Bazar platform and how it works

🧠 Clearly explain the difference between fresh listings (builders) and resale (dealers)

📝 Maintain proper records of calls and collected data

🤝 Coordinate with internal team for listing updates
