Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and other prospecting methods.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
4. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with Test 2 Build’s services.
5. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project requirements are met.
7. Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
8. Maintain records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM tools.
9. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s services.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and service improvements.
