📝 Key Responsibilities
Identify potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Maintain and regularly update the vendor and client database.
Assist in gathering job requirements and sharing them with the recruitment team for quick closures.
Conduct market research to identify new clients, vendors, and potential business opportunities.

Strong confidence and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of US Staffing / IT recruitment (training will be provided)
Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
Good email drafting and calling skills
