About the Role
Tek Inspirations LLC is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development. The candidate will support client acquisition, connect with vendors, and assist in generating business opportunities in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners.
· Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
· Maintain and regularly update the vendor and client database.
· Assist in gathering job requirements and sharing them with the recruitment team for quick closures.
· Conduct market research to identify new clients, vendors, and potential business opportunities.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong confidence and negotiation skills
· Basic understanding of US Staffing / IT recruitment (training will be provided)
· Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
· Good email drafting and calling skills
· Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
