About the Role
Tek group of companies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who want to build their career in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development. The candidate will support client acquisition, connect with vendors, and assist in generating business opportunities in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Maintain and regularly update the vendor and client database.
Assist in gathering job requirements and sharing them with the recruitment team for quick closures.
Conduct market research to identify new clients, vendors, and potential business opportunities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong confidence and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of US Staffing / IT recruitment (training will be provided)
Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
Good email drafting and calling skills
Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
Qualification
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
Candidates must have completed their Graduation or Post-Graduation (PG).
Candidates currently pursuing Graduation or PG are not eligible.
