Job Responsibilities:
Visit assigned areas to meet potential customers and generate leads.
Promote and sell company products/services through face-to-face interactions.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Identify customer needs and close sales deals.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Field-ready, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work outdoors and travel locally.
Basic smartphone usage for reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in field/ground sales is an advantage.
