We are looking for a motivated and energetic fresher to join our US Staffing team as a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth in the US recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads in the US staffing market
Research potential clients (IT/Non-IT companies, MSPs, VMS portals)
Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team
Submit qualified candidates to client requirements
Follow up on submissions, interviews, and closures
Maintain and update CRM with daily activities
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
Basic understanding of sales/business development
Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Good internet research skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of US Staffing / Recruitment industry
Familiarity with terms like W2, C2C, 1099 (can be learned)
Exposure to LinkedIn or sales tools
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BTech, etc.)
