Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Office Developer to design, build, and maintain automation tools and custom applications within the Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. In this role, you will streamline business workflows by creating custom add-ins, automated macros, and integrations that connect Office applications with external enterprise databases and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Build custom Add-ins for Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint using the Office JavaScript API and VSTO.

• Workflow Automation: Develop robust macros and automation scripts utilizing VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

• System Integration: Connect Microsoft 365 applications with external enterprise systems, databases, and third-party cloud APIs.

• Platform Customization: Design and configure tailored business solutions within SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.

• Code Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy Office templates and codebase repositories.

• Technical Documentation: Author clear user manuals, deployment guidelines, and technical architecture specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, VBA, and C# (.NET).

• API Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and Office JavaScript APIs.

• Microsoft Ecosystem: Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.

• Database Management: Strong command of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational database systems.

• Version Control: Experience managing codebase history and collaborations using Git or Azure DevOps.

• Problem Solving: Proven ability to translate complex business workflows into clean, automated technical solutions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power Platform Mastery: Experience building complex canvas/model-driven apps in Power Apps.

• Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with Azure hosting, Azure Functions, and cloud security protocols.

• Professional Certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer or M365 Developer Associate.
