We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive who will be the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, pitch services, share business proposals, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Receive and handle first calls/messages from potential clients (first point of contact).
Present and pitch influencer marketing services confidently to clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend the best influencer solutions.
Share company profile, case studies, pricing details, and service offerings with prospects.
Generate leads through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and other channels.
Maintain follow-ups consistently to convert leads into clients.
Build strong and trusted relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/closure targets.
Coordinate internally with account managers and influencer sourcing team during onboarding.
Maintain CRM records and report daily/weekly sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, digital marketing and influencer industry.
Participate in strategy meetings to improve outreach & conversion performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Proven experience (6 months – 3 years) in Business Development / Inside Sales / Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and email writing skills.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and presentation to clients.
Knowledge of influencer marketing / digital marketing (added advantage).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong follow-up ability.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace.
