Job Title: Business Development Associate
Experience: 0 - 1 year (Freshers Welcome!)
CTC: 2.16 LPA - 5.5 LPA (Performance-Based)
Probation: 3 months (Stipend: 30000)
Languages Preferred: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
Location: Bangalore
Requirements: Own a laptop

Role & Responsibilities:

Engage with potential learners via cold calls and qualify leads
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
Deliver compelling sales presentations and address concerns
Build relationships and nurture leads for future conversions
Maintain accurate records and contribute to sales strategies
