Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent with at least 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about the travel industry. The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth and skill development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking.

  • Present, promote, and sell travel packages and services to both existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct needs analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to recommend suitable travel solutions.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and deadlines.

  • Collaborate with team members to align on goals, strategies, and client requirements.

  • Stay updated with travel trends, offers, destinations, and competitor activity.

  • Gather and share client feedback to improve services and customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

  • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
