Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive for our Waraseoni office. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to parents, explaining our programs, and enrolling students in the right courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Explain programs (Chess, Rubik’s Cube, Abacus, Coding) and recommend suitable courses.

• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM.

• Build strong customer relationships for referrals and renewals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Sales/EdTech experience is an advantage.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives

Work Schedule:

• Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
