As a Sales Executive, Your efforts will directly impact student success and business growth by
Engaging with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups, building meaningful connections.
Understanding each student’s unique needs to provide tailored course recommendations and guidance.
Consistently achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.
Maintaining accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system, ensuring smooth operations and follow-through.
Acting as a trusted advisor to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education journey.
Profile 3 -Customer Support
Respond to Queries: Handle customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Feedback Escalation: Identify recurring concerns and relay customer feedback to product or support leads.
Assistance- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in support platforms.
