Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

• Explain company services and solutions to potential clients clearly and confidently.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Coordinate with the internal team to meet client requirements.

• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and meetings in CRM/Excel.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 1 year).

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Tamil preferred).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
