• Understanding client needs and preferences is essential.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Creativity and attention to detail are essential for creating unique and functional spaces.
• Be able to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide clear and concise information.
• Knowledge of building and construction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, as well as a deep understanding of interior design industry dynamics
• They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical presentations to premium customers. • B2B Meetings and B2C Meetings. • Meet potential Clients/Architects.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Manage sales pipeline & conversions
• Target oriented in achieving sales number
