Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the chemical industry.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct field visits to existing and potential customers.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.

    Client Coordination

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up for orders.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

    Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.

  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to the management.

  • Suggest strategies for market expansion and product improvement.

    Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

  • Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.

    Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

  • Basic understanding of chemical products (preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
