We are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (Founders, HR Heads, Directors) through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Pitch S4J’s recruitment services and close new business deals.
Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and closure targets.
Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years in sales/business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong LinkedIn networking ability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.
Good-to-Have:
Experience in B2B sales for HR/recruitment firms.
Understanding of IT & non-IT hiring.
