Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Processor to manage the full loan processing cycle from onboarding to closing.

This role is critical in supporting the sales function by ensuring a seamless and efficient loan process.

The ideal candidate should have experience in mortgage processing, with additional exposure to commercial financing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the loan processing workflow from submission through closing • Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with program guidelines

• Coordinate with borrowers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders to gather required documentation

• Ensure loans meet all underwriting and regulatory requirements

• Monitor pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and updates

• Handle a diverse range of loan products, including residential and commercial financing

• Maintain accurate and organized loan files and system updates

• Communicate proactively with clients and team members throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing

• Familiarity with commercial financing is a strong plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
