Roles and Responsibilities: Business Development Executive
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
Consistently update and maintain customer feedback details in the system.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails to convert them into business opportunities.
Meet or exceed d weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Effectively handle objections, questions, and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, company products/services, and competitor offerings to provide informed responses to clients.
