Reach out to prospective and existing clients through outbound calls
Introduce company services/products and generate interest
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain and update daily call reports and client interaction records in Excel Sheets
Track progress of leads and report daily/weekly performance to the management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
