Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead B2B tie-ups with hospitals, schools, corporates, and clinics for healthcare staff provisioning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless onboarding of manpower into client organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach key decision-makers in hospitals, schools, corporates, and clinics for potential tie-ups.

  • Build long-term partnerships for staff deployment including nurses, paramedics, attendants, and healthcare technicians.

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth onboarding of staff at client locations.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and pricing models.

  • Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

  • Attend industry events, health expos, or networking meets to build brand presence.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with client communications, leads, and sales activities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Knowledge of hospital/healthcare staffing operations is a plus

  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation

  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred)
