Role Description
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s expansion by identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term business relationships. This position involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting suitable solutions aligned with the company’s offerings. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, with a strong focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client interactions and capable of consistently delivering results in a performance-driven environment.
Candidate Requirements
Practical experience in business development and generating leads
Good knowledge of sales planning and managing client relationships
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work closely with clients and coordinate with internal teams
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
Understanding of MSMEs or familiarity with government schemes will be an added benefit
