Handle inbound leads from calls, emails, WhatsApp, and company website.
Make outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
Explain ISO certification standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.) and their benefits to potential clients.
Coordinate with ISO consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up with clients until closure.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support for repeat business.
Proven experience in sales / business development (ISO certification / consultancy sales experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle inbound queries and proactively generate outbound leads.
Good knowledge of ISO standards or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & Email communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Graduate (Any stream).
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in ISO Certification, Training, or Consulting industry).
