Role Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior inside Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for industrial products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage customer interactions and close deals while contributing to the company’s growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Execution:

  • Understanding the customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities and qualifying leads.

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads with a strong ability to Explain and Demonstrate features of our services.

  • Answering potential customer’s questions, handling objections and sending additional information as desired.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, for industrial products in the B2B segment.

2. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and secure profitable agreements.

Develop customized solutions to meet client requirements while ensuring alignment with company goals.


3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.                                     Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

4. Market Research and Insights:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and strategies.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the B2B industrial products domain.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Prospecting and closing skills

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Proficient in MS Office.

Education: Bachelor’s degree. Any major in Sales or Marketing is a preference.
