We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for School ERP and Hospital Management System (HMS) solutions.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

  • Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

  • Visit schools and client locations for meetings, follow-ups, and lead generation.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in local or international sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in B2B software, ERP, SaaS, EdTech, Healthcare, or IT solution sales is preferred.

  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.

  • Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas for client meetings and business development.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
