We are a one-stop logistics company offering services like Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance, consulting, auditing, and training. We also provide packaging solutions for DG shipments, ensuring that hazardous materials are transported safely and in full compliance with regulations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0–4 years of experience in sales support, strategy development, or client servicing.
Exposure to CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a must.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and generating insights.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team.
Responsibilities•
Sales Support:
Assist in lead follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and managing smaller client accounts.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information.
Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, and reports for client interactions.
Strategy Implementation:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with
company objectives.
Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare actionable recommendations for
improvement.
Coordinate with the digital marketing agency to align campaigns with sales goals.
Event Coordination:
Provide operational support for expos, industry events, and networking initiatives.
Ensure timely preparation of marketing materials and logistics for events.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining communication with existing ones.
Address minor client concerns and escalate major issues as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage documentation related to the sales cycle, including contracts and follow-up
schedules.
Track KPIs and ensure timely reporting to the leadership team.
