Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development professional to join our medical recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new healthcare staffing opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions, and supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy:- Conduct research to identify potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, diagnostics labs, etc.). Develop strategies to target new medical recruitment business opportunities.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:- Approach and onboard healthcare institutions requiring staffing solutions. Negotiate recruitment contracts, ensuring value for both the firm and clients. Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients for repeat hiring and referrals.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to healthcare staffing.

Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Understanding of recruitment processes, especially in the healthcare domain.
