About the Role
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales professionals to drive new business for our cloud telephony and communication solutions. The role involves pitching to businesses, understanding their requirements, and closing deals.
Identify and connect with potential B2B customers through Meetings, calls, emails, and networking
Understand customer needs and present the right solution
Conduct product demos / presentations
Manage and update CRM for sales funnel visibility
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and deployment
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Telecom, IT, Software preferred)
Sales Motion: Field Sales + Inside sales + outbound calling + Account Management + Channel + Enterprise
Industry Fit: Experience selling to SMEs, enterprises, BFSI, Retail, Logistics, etc.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Target-focused and self-motivated personality
Salary Range: ₹ 30000 to ₹ 40000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Attractive monthly commissions based on closures
Earnings: No cap on incentive earnings
