Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to develop a strong rapport with clients. The person should be able to work independently, have a positive attitude, be goal-oriented, eager to learn, and versatile in work.
•Key Re•ponsibilities•
Acquire new clients (individuals and corporate) through effective sales techniques and relat•onship building. Generate queries and work on market opportunities to convert •hem into business.
Work with internal teams such as marketing or product to engage clients and build long-l•sting relationships. Meet and exceed •PIs and sales targets.
Build a strong network of customers to•achieve repeat business.
Identify and explore new markets and profita•le business opportunities.
Monitor competition, generate MIS reports, and devise effective counter-strategies t• stand out from competitors. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, including assistance with compliance que•tions, problems, and concerns.
Aim to preserve customers •nd ensure customer satisfaction. Possess •ocal knowledge of the competition.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in ass•gned partner accounts. Requirements• Excellent communica•ion, networking, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to develop a rapport with clients.
Positive attitude, •trong work ethic, and goal-oriented •indset. Local knowledge of the competition.
Experience in sales, client serv•cing, or business development will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
