Key Result Area

The successful candidate will be responsible to meet and exceed the below KRA’s:

❖    Understanding Customer requirement and suggesting suitable Financial product as per client’s requirement and Business.

❖    Engage with leads through regular follow-ups, meetings, and relationship-building.

❖    Ensuring high quality customer servicing for all pre and post sales support requirements.

❖    Nurture company-provided leads into sales-ready prospects and ensure successful conversion.

❖    Meet assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate would have the following background, capabilities, skills:

Education, Skills and Attitudes:

❖    Graduate in any discipline; knowledge of financial or economic terms is a plus.

❖    Ability to understand the information/data needs of current and potential clients
