We are looking for a smart, well-groomed candidate to join as a Business Development Executive. This is a training cum job role where you will learn travel operations, Holiday package selling, and client coordination directly under the Director. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to report to the Director and join our team at Sky-sketch (India) to handle various administrative tasks. As part of the hospitality industry, we prioritise resolving every query and concern with clarity, patience, and a genuine smile. Additionally, you will manage front-desk responsibilities, including handling mail, responding to WhatsApp correspondence, and forwarding phone calls. The position offers a net salary of ₹11000++ and growth prospects. After the 6-month probation, your basic salary will be ₹12000, plus other benefits like leave and incentives, totalling approximately ₹15,000++ per month. There will also be opportunities for an increase in remuneration during the probation period for exceptional performance. The candidate should possess strong geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries and be able to prepare and send emails, as well as create and share travel content on social media. The candidate must be between 22 and 35 years old, except for students.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally. Maintain a tidy, presentable front desk area with the necessary stationery supplies. Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records. This is a target-based role.

Job Requirements: A graduate degree is required, and the candidate must be a fresher. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication. The candidate must be flexible to travel on short notice for business meetings, seminars, road shows, or sales promotion trips, as required by the company.
