Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Coordinator who will handle client coordination with manufacturing companies.
This role focuses on lead generation and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to factory owners, managers, and industrial units
· Generate and qualify leads.
· Schedule meetings / calls for the senior team
· Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
· Coordinate for documents and initial client information
· Maintain daily calling reports and update data in Excel/CRM
· Support WhatsApp/email outreach campaigns
Skills Required
· Good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi /English)
· Basic understanding of sales process / client handling
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
· Basic Excel knowledge
· Polite, confident, and organized
