Job Title: Business Development Executive (Marketing)

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who will be responsible for
generating leads, pitching services, and supporting overall marketing and sales efforts. The
role involves both lead generation and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with manufacturing units, factories, and industrial clients
· Generate leads through cold calling (visit to client place), emails, and online platforms
· Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline
· Pitch company services and fix meetings
· Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships
· Support marketing activities (campaigns, WhatsApp/email outreach, etc.)
· Maintain data in CRM / Excel and track progress
· Achieve monthly targets for leads and conversions
Skills Required
· Good communication skills
· Basic understanding of sales / marketing
· Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
· Ability to convince and negotiate
· Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
· Self-driven and target-oriented
