Job Description

As a Freelance Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with brands . You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential brand partners across FMCG, edtech ,startups, lifestyle, finance, and other industries.

  • Pitch SippyFy to marketing decision-makers.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and campaign deliverables.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery.

  • Represent SippyFy at events, exhibitions, and brand networking opportunities (optional but preferred).

  • Provide weekly updates on progress, leads, and closed deals.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / brand partnerships / advertising sales.

  • Strong network of marketing decision-makers is a big plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • Comfortable working on a commission-based model with high earning potential.

  • Knowledge of out-of-home advertising, event sponsorships, or FMCG marketing is an advantage.


Compensation

  • Commission-Only: Competitive percentage on every closed deal.

  • High Earning Potential: Earn ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000+ per month depending on performance.

  • Performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets.
