We are looking for a skilled and proactive Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with expertise in bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing winning proposals and RFPs, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions across web, mobile, and software development projects.
Identify, bid, and secure new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Analyze client requirements, prepare custom proposals, and write RFPs / RFQs with a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.
Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers to define timelines, technical feasibility, and project cost estimation.
Maintain strong follow-ups and client communication during the pre-sales and post-proposal stages.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms to close deals effectively.
Prepare presentation decks, case studies, and documentation for client discussions.
Research market trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to refine the company’s pitch strategy.
Track, manage, and report bidding activities, success rates, and conversions.
Proven experience in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) with a solid success ratio.
Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, PHP, Shopify, React, Node, Laravel, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write persuasive technical proposals.
Hands-on experience with RFP preparation, requirement analysis, and project estimation.
Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
