Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to meet client needs effectively.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, FMCG, Industrial Equipment, etc.]

  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline and consultative selling techniques.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
