Job Purpose
To generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the sales pipeline in the real estate sector, contributing to revenue growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate leads through various channels (cold‑calling, referrals, brokers, events, online platforms)
Qualify prospective clients: understand their requirements (budget, location, type: residential/commercial), preferences, and timelines
Conduct site visits and property presentations, communicating features, advantages, pricing, legal and financing aspects
Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with legal/documentation / finance teams
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property owners, and developers
Maintain regular follow‑ups with leads until closure; ensure high conversion ratios
Conduct market research: monitor competitor offerings, local market trends (pricing, upcoming projects, regulations), customer behaviour
Work on promotional activities: participate in property exhibitions/fairs, networking meets, investor meets, digital outreach etc.
Prepare sales proposals, quotation estimates, agreement drafts; ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
Maintain records of leads, site visits, conversions; report daily/weekly/monthly MIS to manager
Achieve/exceed assigned sales / business development targets
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) or 12th pass
Experience: [e.g. 6 months –6+ years] in real estate sales / business development or property brokerage (can consider fresher if with strong communication/drive)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
Good knowledge of real estate documentation,
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target driven, with ability to handle rejection / objections well
Proficiency in MS Office; experience using CRM tools preferred
Key Metrics / KPIs
Number of leads generated per month
Number of site visits arranged
Conversion rate (leads → clients)
Value of deals closed / revenue generated
Timeliness and quality of follow‑ups
Efficiency in documentation and handover
