Job Description

ERP Sales Executive / ERP Sales Manager

We are looking for a ERP Sales professional to join our team at Shuchi Business Solution Private Limited. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end ERP sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for solution-based selling, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record in closing ERP or enterprise software deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads for ERP solutions (SAP / ERP).

  • Understand client business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions.

  • Present, demonstrate, and promote ERP products and services to prospective customers.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business.

  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations based on client requirements.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams for solution alignment.

  • Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback summaries.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)

  • Experience: 2–3 years in ERP / IT / Software sales

  • Proven experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP Business One / SAP S/4HANA / other ERP systems preferred).

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
