🔧 Job Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries and follow-ups
Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Prepare quotations, send emails, and follow up on orders
Basic accounting tasks – preparing bills, checking invoices, payment reminders
Download and submit tender documents, maintain tender updates
Schedule meetings and appointments with clients
Daily reporting of work and updates to the Director
Document filing, data entry, and Excel sheet maintenance
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and transporters

🧠 Skills Required:
Knowledge of computer operations (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Basic understanding of IndiaMART and government tender websites (training will be provided)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Fast learner, responsible, and punctual

🎓 Eligibility:
Minimum (Graduates preferred – BBA/B.Com background is a plus)
1+ year of experience preferred (Freshers can apply if confident and skilled)
Female candidates preferred, but males may also apply if suitable

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

💰 Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
