Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives to support the sales and marketing of Formaldehyde and Resin products. The candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, supporting sales activities, coordinating with customers, and assisting in business growth within the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sales and marketing activities for Formaldehyde and Resin products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct warm calls with existing customers to maintain business relationships and identify new opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
Maintain regular customer communication and relationship management.
Perform sales follow-ups with clients for orders and inquiries.
Coordinate payment follow-ups with customers in collaboration with the accounts team.
Maintain customer database, sales reports, and follow-up records.
Support management in achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities.
Coordinate internally with sales, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
Required Skills:
