Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, exhibitions).

• Understand the needs of customers and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, business proposals, and sales pitches.

• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth handover to operations/support teams.

• Track sales metrics, report progress to management, and meet assigned sales targets.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company.
