Identify and generate new business leads through fieldwork, client meetings, and follow-ups
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their event needs
Present and pitch Shri Sai Events’ services to potential clients
Coordinate with the event execution team to ensure smooth delivery of services
Maintain a client database and update reports regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue
Attend networking events or exhibitions for lead generation
Act as a point of contact between the client and the company
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development
Good communication skills in both Hindi and English
Confidence, convincing ability, and professional behavior
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
