Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Floater Promoters to join our retail operations team. As a floater promoter, you will be responsible for promoting Stove Kraft products across multiple store locations in Bengaluru, ensuring optimal brand visibility, engaging with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Stove Kraft products across various retail outlets as assigned.

• Demonstrate product features to potential customers and answer queries.

• Drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

• Maintain displays, ensure product availability, and collect customer feedback.

• Submit daily reports and updates on performance and market feedback.

• Coordinate with store managers and internal sales teams.

• Travel between different retail locations as per scheduling requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a promoter.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with the ability to drive sales.

• Willingness to travel across various store locations in Bengaluru.

• Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
