Job Description

Core Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive (BDE):

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

    • Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services.

    • Handle client queries, concerns, and negotiations effectively.

  3. Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

    • Pitch company products/services to potential customers.

    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

  4. Market Research & Strategy

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

    • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer demands.

    • Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

  5. Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver solutions.

    • Maintain CRM databases and update daily/weekly sales reports.

    • Provide feedback to management about market requirements.

  6. Networking & Brand Building

    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

    • Promote the company’s brand and services in the market.

  7. Follow-ups & Closing Deals

    • Regular follow-up with leads until conversion.

    • Negotiate contract terms and close profitable business deals.
