• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

• Support the BD team in reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.

• Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

• Maintain client databases, lead trackers, and follow-up sheets.

• Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations (as assigned).

• Assist in analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and proposals.

• Prepare weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and business activities.

• Support in organizing events, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
