Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BDM/BDE to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in the Pharma/FMCG/Derma segment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Manage distribution network and ensure product availability
Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
2–6 years of sales experience in Pharma / FMCG / Dermatology segment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of territory management and market dynamics
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Preferred Skills
Experience in derma or specialty product sales (added advantage)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Result-oriented with a proactive approach
