We are pleased to invite applications from experienced candidates for the positions of Business Development Executive and Business Development Manager at Serente Electronics, Asia’s most trusted B2B leading distributor and turnkey solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities:
• Speak to prospective B2B via calls, WhatsApp, and email (all leads provided, and you can find personal leads as well).
• Understand the requirements and modulations by B2B and recommend the quantities, quality products, and price.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and virtual meetings to take the orders and schedule in-person meetings as well.
• Maintain CRM records and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Must be ready to Travel for business meetings pan-India for closing the orders (when the B2B requests only)
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Preferably fluent in two regional languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.
• Passion for continuous growth and learning, highly motivated and hardworking in achieving targets.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong interest in sales, interest in electronics and long-term sustainability
• Must be available to work from office from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday are off)
